Return Policy

If an item is delivered in a damaged condition, please e-mail us immediately at support@obinoculars.com . We will contact you with detailed instructions for the return. All original equipment and packaging must be returned in order for us to complete the exchange.

If there is a defect in the operation or efficiency of the product, or if your order is missing parts, please notify the manufacturer. All warranty information is included with your purchase item. For your protection, keep all packaging and adhere to all warranty submission requirements.

If an item is returned for any other reason, a re-stocking fee of $15-$20 will apply (depending on the item), as well as return shipping charges. If you return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund as well. Returned packages must be insured. All returned packages will be inspected prior to issuing any refund. No returns of this kind will be accepted if postmarked more than 7 days after the delivery date of your order. Cancellation Policy

If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, a refund check will be sent in the amount of the purchase minus a processing fee of up to 5% of the total order amount.  If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, paragraph 3 of the Return Policy stated above will apply.

Backorder Policy

If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date. You may then advise us to complete the order or you may cancel without any charge.  A full refund check will be sent to you.
