Return Policy

If an item is delivered in a damaged condition, please e-mail us immediately at support@obinoculars.com. We will contact you with detailed instructions for the return. All original equipment and packaging must be returned in order for us to complete the exchange or refund.

If there is a defect in the operation or efficiency of the product, please notify the manufacturer. All warranty information is included with your purchase item. For your protection, adhere to all warranty submission requirements.

If an item is returned for any other reason, a re-stocking fee of $15-$20 will apply (depending on the item). No returns of this kind will be accepted if postmarked more than 7 days after the delivery date of your order. Contact us at support@obinoculars.com for instructions.

Backorder Policy

If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date. You may then advise us to complete the order or you may cancel.

Shipping Policy

Obinoculars.com offers FREE SHIPPING via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground to any location in the Continental United States. A physical address is required for all shipments. Special shipping instructions from a customer will require the addition of shipping and handling charges which will be determined by weight, destination, and preferred delivery time. Two-day air charge is $44.00 per item.

Orders placed before 2 pm (Eastern Time) will be shipped within 24 hrs. or the next business day (weekends and holidays excluded). Delivery usually within 3-7 business days, provided the item is in stock.

At this time, orders generated from, or destined to, locations outside the Continental United States are not accepted.
